Most seminars require common things like audio, screen, and projectors. All of which we can provide. We can also provide live-streaming services, IMAG, and video recording services.

We assisted their seminar with 2 rooms of audio , video, and live-streaming. We broadcasted both rooms to zoom and provided each room with cameras, table mics, podium mic, and a Q&A mic. We plugged our sound board into the house patch and took control of their house sound system. We also provided an HDMI cable which is connected to the projectors and also fed the powerpoint into zoom for the participants to view.

This conference had several zoom and microsoft teams presenters. We set up an additional camera so that the remote presenter is able to see and interact with the audience. The on-site host was able to view and interact with the remote presenter and even ask him questions. We were able to record it all which will allow the client to view and archive. Several screens and projectors were also provided for their smaller breakout sessions.
