It seems as if Candace Kay was born to be behind a microphone. From the time she could remember she was following her dad around the radio station wishing that could be her. On a dare, she entered the “Hawaii’s Next Radio Personality” contest for Power 104.3.
She went on to win the competition and started working as a morning radio personality. During her time on-air, she helped create the well-known bit “Cheater’s Hotel” and played “Sharon” the travel agent. Her years on radio have helped to mold her to the MC she is today.
From intimate gatherings to big events, Candace Kay knows how to command a room. She always meets the client ahead of time to acquaint herself with them, their families, and their vendors. With Candace Kay behind the mic you can rest assured that your event will go as smoothly as possible.
When she isn’t an MC she is usually spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys being a freelance makeup artist.
