We have done a wide range of galas for a wide range of businesses/corporations. We've provided things such as audio/visual support along with things like decor lighting, photo booths, 360 booths, MCs, and so on.

For this event, we provided full audio, visual, and lighting. Event was held at the beautiful Alohilani Resort in their main ballroom. Their theme was "Shanghai Nights" so we had the task to bring that theme to life.
Audio We provided an audio system that was capable of allowing everyone in the ballroom to hear the MCs, listen to the video presentations, and also loud enough for the band and DJ. We also provided all the needs that the band required from us which includes monitors, mics, DIs, etc. Visual Along with audio, we also provided laser projectors for their powerpoint presentations along with video presentations from remote guests. The projectors were placed on the left and right sides of the stage and projected onto Alohilani's drop down screens from their ceiling. Lighting 24 uplights were spread across the room to assist with the pink glow. Alohilani was able to change their accent lighting to pink so we used our uplighting to compliment the room and give it more depth. We also placed gobo designs on the pillars of the ballroom. The design which were taken from their brochure to help give that continuity in their design and feel. Projection Mapping To add to the experience, they wanted to give that feeling of actually being in a location that fit their theme. So we mapped the left and right walls and projected scenery from Shanghai. Giving guests that feeling of actually being there. |

Here is an example of how we can completely transform the venue and add to the experience of this event with projection mapping.
This group wanted the feeling of actually being at The Ritz in Paris. Using 4 projectors, we projected onto the sun shades of the venue at Oahu Country Club.
Lighting
If you already have all your audio and visual needs and need some lighting to spice things up a bit, we can assist you with that. We were subcontracted for this event to primarily do the lighting. We utilized a bunch of gobo lighting equipment and complimented it with some uplighting. Client already had the gobos so we utilized our equipment to project them onto the wall. Venue was held at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in Waikiki.
