Having a great team at your event makes your event run more efficiently and smoothly. It creates a good working environment which also translates to better quality of work and lesser problems that could arise. Here is a list of vendors that we work very well with which we highly recommend.

Please note that there are a lot of great vendors out there that we have not yet had the pleasure to work with. This list are of ones that we have had the chance to personally work with.

The growth of this company reminds us of our growth in the industry. Very great people to work with. Both seeing eye to eye on a lot of things which makes them really easy to work with. We see a lot of great things coming from Charming Events Hawaii.

A new company that just started the other year. What impressed us the most about Xuchyll and Lue is their attention to detail. Their timeline is one of the most detailed we have ever seen. Not to mention that these ladies are also great to work with. They assisted us in our first ever wedding showcase which went really well thanks to these ladies.

Natalie, Kelly, and the crew are top notch! Always good to work with them because they are on point with what they do. Really easy to communicate with. We like to think of them as a big sister company. We sometimes look to them for advice and model some of the things we do from them.

A Touch of You Weddings & Events-Taryn and her team is always a pleasure to work with. Always smiling, laughing and a great time. They serve local and destination weddings with that relaxed local vibe. We have done some of the most unique outdoor events with them. Always a pleasure working with not only her team but the other vendors she brings in for their events.

Jez Events-Jez from Jez Events is one of the most well connected coordinator in the wedding industry. He is also the president of NACE Hawaii chapter. A great asset to the wedding industry especially for vendors like us. He services not only Oahu, but also services California & Nevada. Always cool headed under pressure which makes him great to work with.

Pili and her team are really good at what they do. Mostly worked with them at the various locations on Kualoa Ranch many times. We've experienced some really great weddings and also had some challenging ones. Together we were able to help each other and still put out really good work.

Drapes, linen, Chair covers

Savannah's Events-A multifaceted company but known for their drapery, linens, and chair covers. Always great to work with. Our relationship with this company is as if they were family. Their drapery is some of the best we have seen. They have a large team that can service multiple events a night. They service all types of events from weddings, proms, to corporate functions.

Elegance with Grace-They have done some of he most unique weddings that we have been a part of. A wedding we did with them, they created a tunnel out of drapery and lights. Very unique and completely changed the look of the venue. They also did one where they integrated a flower wall with their drapery. Very unique and always a pleasure to work with.

It's So Pretty Linens & Decor-This is another great company we work well with. Other than drapery, chair covers, and linen, they also provide Crystal Chandeliers and Towers. The colors and contrast they create makes it so pretty! Very easy and a great company to work with.

Vivid Fotos-Having worked with them a few times now, this company operates at a level which makes it easy for us to work with. Very easy to communicate with and have a great team. Their work is really good but the best thing about them is our ability to work and communicate with them.

Red Ring Studio-All we have to say about this company is three words. Same Day Edit. With one of the best editors in the business, their same day edit is always a treat to watch. You should also check out their instagram page for their BTS(behind the scenes) posts as they are pretty entertaining.

Visionari-Prior to Hawaii Events Unlimited, Marvin used to be a wedding photographer/videographer. One of the companies that he would always look up to was Visionari. After many years and because of the pandemic, we finally got to work with each other quite a bit. Their team would be the actual photographers/videographers while we handled the live-streaming. Leeanne and the team is always great to work with.
