Balloon drop
Below is a standard practice for our team members and applies to all services.
- All team members will maintain social distancing guidelines from guests, vendors, and staff
- All team members will be in good health.
- Any symptomatic team member will not be allowed to work.
- Temperature readings will be taken on-site to ensure their readings are below 99 degrees.
- All team members are required to have masks on during the event.
- Hand sanitizers and disposable gloves will be made available to all of our team members.
Currently, this service can be set up in a covid safe manner by our team. The only issue is when the balloons are released, they travel everywhere. This could help the spread of covid when guests are spreading the balloons around.
Set up
Equipment will be handled by HEU team members only. This service can be set up without any interaction with guests, clients, or other vendors. Balloons will have to be blown up at the venue and will be done so away from others. The balloons will be blown by air blowers by our staff while using gloves to prevent any spread of germs.
During the event
Balloons will be placed in the air approximately 10-15 feet high. Pull string to release balloons will be pulled away from any guests.
After the event
Any tables, chairs, or any other equipment used by our staff will be sanitized before leaving. Breakdown will begin after every guest has left the venue.
