projection Services
Below is a standard practice for our team members and applies to all services.
- All team members will maintain social distancing guidelines from guests, vendors, and staff
- All team members will be in good health.
- Any symptomatic team member will not be allowed to work.
- Temperature readings will be taken on-site to ensure their readings are below 99 degrees.
- All team members are required to have masks on during the event.
- Hand sanitizers and disposable gloves will be made available to all of our team members.
For the most part, we can provide projection services for any event in a covid safe manner. It is usually the client or venue's responsibility for following the covid-19 guidelines for their guests at the event. The only interaction that may be needed will be with the coordinator, client, or venue staff.
Set up
Equipment will be handled by HEU team members only. If a projection operator is needed during the event, we request a table that is placed away from guests. Usually at the back of the venue. Once projection equipment is set in place, there should be no need for any of our team members to be present unless a projection operator is required. Completion of set up should be done 30 minutes before guests arrive.
During the event
Guests, clients, or other vendors are not allowed to handle equipment. Any adjustments that may be needed during an event shall be handled by our projection operator. Any media that needs to be projected, must be submitted prior to the event. We prefer email when possible.
After the event
Any tables, chairs, or any other equipment used by our staff will be sanitized before leaving. Breakdown will begin after every guest has left the venue.
