HASHTAG PRINT STATION
Below is a standard practice for our team members and applies to all services.
- All team members will maintain social distancing guidelines from guests, vendors, and staff
- All team members will be in good health.
- Any symptomatic team member will not be allowed to work.
- Temperature readings will be taken on-site to ensure their readings are below 99 degrees.
- All team members are required to have masks on during the event.
- Hand sanitizers and disposable gloves will be made available to all of our team members.
Set up
Equipment will be handled by HEU team members only. Set up can be done without any interaction with other vendors, guests, or client. The hashtag print station location must be placed in a location that is away from guests. A space of at least 5'x5' will be required for the station.
During the event
Guests are not allowed to handle equipment. An attendant will place printed photos on a table for guests to pick up. Only 1 person will be allowed to pick up their photos at a time.
After the event
Digital copies of all prints will be sent via email. Any tables, chairs, or any other equipment used by our staff will be sanitized before leaving.
