April 14, 2022 Wedding - Kualoa Ranch Paliku Gardens ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "I had previously confirmed with Hawaii Events that they would be placed under the main tent and they agreed since all they had asked for was to be under covers however on the day of my wedding they said they needed a wall and wanted to be under the pavilion which was removed from the main tent. A lot of people ended up not using t he photo booth because it was out of site. It would have been nice to have been informed of this before and not on the wedding day. Otherwise everything else was great!"

May 17, 2022 Wedding - Kapiolani  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "The announcer was perfect - we were nervous about having a stranger announce the wedding but we he was so great. We thought the announcer did a perfect job of keeping things running smoothly and providing enough but not too much info, while not distracting from the event.
The ladies at the photobooth were great as well and I appreciated that they kept all my photos for me and handed them to me at the end!

2) Photographer--Kevin was friendly and helpful about suggestions. Took a lot of photos. Everything went smoothly. Got candid photos in a few days after the event.
3) DJ/Sound system--worked well, even though slight hiccup in setup due to venue m isplacing another DJ . . . friendly and worked with my emcee to make a free flowing evening . . . slight hiccup with sound files (mentioned above) but easily correctable . . . overall, a good job and worked out the kinks with everything else.
4) Slideshow was great . . .even edited the 2 suggested changes . . . really well put together." -Steven

It detailed everything that needed to be said, the time it needed to be said and mo re. I wish I brought a copy to provide instead of watching the MC create a handwritten quick-note program from scratch on a piece of paper and refer to our coordinator and myself to confirm details during the program. Important details and stories were missed, for example about the origin of our wedding cake and the most disappointing of all , which is equally the fault of the coordinator as well, that ultimately caused one of our family members to become upset and leave our wedding. Had the information that had been provided been used and relied on, this small detail would ha ve prevented any issues such as that from happening. If you need more details on this, I can explain.

The consistent communication made me feel more confident in the event, as this was my first time planning an event on my own. The staff were amicable and helped to make the event enjoyable. We also loved the slideshow's quick turnaround and allowing us to review it beforehand. Our guests loved that the photo booth printed out enough copies for each person in the photo - I never had that before so I really appreciated that detail." -Claire
